The room was comfortable and had convenient amenities like fridge and outlets by the beds. Wifi was free. Breakfast was great--free, and a big variety of options. Parking was easy and they had EV charging stations--although you had to download a special app to use them. There were lots of restaurants nearby.

The location is the best when we visit Richmond! Easy to get around the area by car. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in is so professional and welcoming. The rooms are a great size and it's always nice to have an extra little sink and mirror with the suite.

The room was spacious and the bed was oh, so comfortable ! 😁 I enjoyed having a refrigerator and a microwave. I loved the location of the facility in Glenside. Everything I needed such as gasoline, Dunkin and a variety of stores and eateries was within a 2-3 mile range. I was also able to expediently travel to Richmond and Petersburg- Perfect Location ! 🏨

Location was easy to find and close to my work destination for the trip. The staff were outstanding at check-in and at checkout. My bed was great.

Clean facility and courteous staff. The room was spacious and clean, and the maintenance had been kept up. The nicest hotel that we have stayed in in Richmond

The woman at the front desk was a gem. She seemed to be everywhere taking care of everything. We had an early start in the morning and the breakfast was ready and available at 6am

I didn’t eat breakfast but the hotel is very clean I was greeted by Gee and given water once I checked out, which I thought was really nice !! I did tell him I appreciated him giving us the water, and let him know we surely could have used that water when we checked in.

Friendly staff. Even though under renovation you could tell the employees and the contracted workers worked hard to maintain cleanliness and appearances.

The location is excellent. The hotel is lovely. Staff was knowlegeable and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well prepared and had a very good selection. We liked it so much that we booked it for our return trip and will stay there next year.
